The stated purpose of the 10% THC limit and the real reason are not the same. Stated: The U of Miss only allows 10%, the study by Ware on neuropathic pain proved the effectiveness of 10%, the goal of the program is to provide medicine not pot, California is falling into the ocean.....The real reason is the abhorrence of cannabis by the Governor whom comes from a background of sending persons whom have elected to use cannabis to prison. The Governor is still fighting The War On Drugs, A war that costs the US estimated 13 Billion /yr in incarceration costs! The non-science of low THC shows the lack of a proper pharmacology training, lack of botany understanding, ignorance of medical,evidence and lack of medical ethics to very ill qualified patients.
